Neeley Sadler, President and CEO of McGregor Tax & Accounting, specializes in income tax preparation, strategic tax planning, monthly financial reporting, payroll tax filings, and small business consulting. Her teaching background serves as a perfect complement to the individualized service she provides to small business owners.

Neeley is authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an enrolled agent. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Utah. Neeley is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, the Nebraska Society of Independent Accountants, the National Association of Certified QuickBooks Advisors, and the International Business Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma.

Hallie Donner, Senior Tax Accountant, joined the McGregor Tax & Accounting team in November of 2018 after working many years in both the public and private accounting sectors. She specializes in bookkeeping, monthly financial reporting, payroll tax filings, and individualized QuickBooks training. Her extensive background in industries ranging from construction to family entertainment has given her the resources necessary to understand our clients and help to meet their needs.

Hallie holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Northeast Community College and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Terri Fuqua, Senior Accountant, specializes in client services, payroll and sales/use tax filings, annual budgets, bookkeeping, and preparing monthly financial statements for several of the firms’ clients. Her background in family-owned manufacturing, service, and construction companies coupled with her QuickBooks knowledge makes her an invaluable resource for our small business clients. Terri provides QuickBooks set-up and training as well as troubleshooting and data reconstruction. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Rosalie McGregor, Retired, has been preparing taxes since 1974. She specializes in income tax preparation, tax planning, consultation, and audit representation.

Rosalie has served as a field auditor for the Internal Revenue Service in Omaha, Nebraska and Newark, New Jersey. She has held accounting positions with IBM, Peat Marwick and Mitchell, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rosalie is authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an enrolled agent. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Creighton University. Rosalie is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the Nebraska Society of Independent Accountants.
